821 821 Series Available Materials: • Delrin Acetal (to order) • Low Friction Acetal • New Generation • Anti-Static Acetal (to order) • Stainless Steel Pins These are heavy duty straight running chains which, due to the lenght of the pin and hinge area, have load carrying capacities on the same level as the single- hinge stainless steel 815 series. As with the 820 chains the 821 has underside reinforcement but the design of the web means that the sprockets do not require grooving. Sprockets for these chains are thus identical to the 805 Double-hinge Series. All 821 chains feature the special overlapping top plate system of "arcuit" design wich has the dual benefit of eliminating the gaps between plates and creating a self clearing action on remove debris or dust. 821 chains feature the thicker top plate 3/16'' which makes them compatible in the ride hieght to the 831, 879 and 882 series.
