Novoflex 1700 multiple-Flexing chians,
due to a three-piece link unit, enable
the conveyance of products in three
planes. Often used for inclining in
"alpine"type conveyors with the
smallest turn radius possible of any
conveyer chain (6'' or 150mm).
Three-piece link unit consist of:
1. A pivot manufactured from a
special ylon Polyamide which
guarantees low noise (anti-squeak).
2. Chain Link with fully founded
edges designed for smooth
operation and prevention of
product damage.
3. Stainless Steel Pins which are
knurled on one end only to
provide a secure interference
fit making the chain ieal for
hot washing system.
Available in three main types:
• 1700: The original design
which features a central groove
to allow engagement with turn
discs. Often used in glass
manifacturing plants.
•1701 TAB: Positive retention
design utilized in the
automotive industry or for
heavy duty packaging.
•1702: Designed for flush
sides for hygiene, and for this
reason 1702 is primarly used
in the diary industry for the
transport of milik cartons.
